Drawing will be held on Sept. 15, 2012

Drawing Prizes:
1st Prize: $50,000
2nd Prize: $25,000
3rd Prize: $10,000
4th Prize: $5,000
5th-16th Prizes: $1,000
17th-34th Prizes: $500

Details:
  1.  No more than 1,500 tickets will be sold.
  2. If less than 1,500 tickets are sold by 2 PM Sept. 15, 2012, prizes equal of 74% of ticket receipts will be awarded.
  3. All tickets will be eligible for all prizes. Drawing will start with the 34th prize and work back to first prize.
  4. Use one application for each ticket. Feel free to make copies of this application. Photocopies are acceptable. Or printout the application.
  5. Tickets will be mailed to the person in charge of ticket. Please allow approvimately 2 weeks for tick processing.
  6. Time and place of the drawing will be printed on your ticket. ONLY TWO ADUTLS per ticket will be admitted to the drawing. No children please.
  7. Cayuga Fire department members are eligible to participate.
