DETAILS:
- No more than 1,500 tickets will be sold.
- If less than 1,500 tickets are sold by 2PM, Sept. 15, 2007, prizes equal 74% of ticket receipts will be awarded
- All tickets will be eligible for all prizes. Drawing will start with the 34th prize and work back to first prize.
- Use one application for each ticket. Feel free to make copies of this application. Photocopies are acceptable. Or print an application here.
- Tickets will be mailed to the person in charge of ticket. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for ticket processing.
- Time and place of the drawing will be printed on your ticket. ONLY TWO ADULTS per ticket will be admitted to the drawing. No children please.
- Cayuga Fire Department members are eligible to participate.
- Taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
